• We offer arguably the broadest coverage available to these hospitality industry segments today. We advocate and aggressively pursue a specialized approach to underwriting, claims management and loss prevention.
• We have an unswerving commitment to pursue the best interests of our membership. Our major focus is to respond to our members' insurance needs.
• We are a not-for-profit association owned and governed by our members, not by an insurance company, insurance broker or a managing general agent.
• We are managed by a full-time staff consisting of insurance and hospitality industry professionals, and are underwritten by some of the leading insurance companies in the industry today.

• Our collaborative approach is successful. We work closely with our members, insurance brokers, legal counsels, insurance companies and claims adjusters to settle and defend claims with the goal of reducing the cost of actual claims.
