2008 ANNUAL CONFERENCE

GENERAL INFORMATION

WHAT: The Resort Hotels Association's Annual Conference is the annual meeting of the association's full membership and guests. Established in 1987, the annual conference has been held at a member resort for 21 years. (www.ResortHotelInsurance.com)
WHEN: July 11-14, 2008. Friday through Monday.
WHERE: Enchantment Resort, Sedona, AZ (www.enchantmentresort.com), 1-800-826-4180.
WHY: Learn about emerging trends from industry experts, participate in educational seminars, review the association's insurance programs, and network with industry colleagues and share best practices.
SPONSORED BY: The Resort Hotel Association (RHA), is a not-for-profit member- managed insurance association that specializes in providing insurance programs specifically designed to cover the risks unique to resort properties. RHA is headquartered in Williamsburg, VA.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Owners, CEO's, CFO's, Controllers, Risk Managers and Human Resource & Spa Directors, RHA Brokers, RHA Underwriters, Prospective Members and Prospective Brokers are welcome.
PROGRAM: Industry experts will present on a variety of topics such as emerging Resort and Hospitality Trends, Resort Operations, Risk Management, Resort Marketing, Spas Operations and Human Resources. A detailed program will be available soon.

$0Complimentary Registration for RHA Members in good standing.
Non-Members (all others)
$500 Non-Member (2 Delegates) Registration Fee
("Early Bird" $400 before June 1st)
$250 Each additional Non-Member Registration Fee
("Early Bird" $200 before June 1st)
PRE AND POST CONFERENCE RATES: Several RHA member properties are offering Pre and Post Annual Conference Rates – so consider turning the RHA Annual Conference into a vacation!

Arizona Inn
The Arizona Inn in Tucson, Arizona is offering RHA members a Pre and Post Conference rate of $169.00/night. This rate includes breakfast and the afternoon ice cream fountain by the pool. For reservations call 520.325.1541 and mention the Resort Hotel Association rate.
